Role & responsibilities
Manage and support Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5 devices in production environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Firewall policies, NAT, VPN, routing, and security profiles.
Handle Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN issues.
Monitor firewall health, HA status, interface utilization, and security events.
Perform configuration backup, firmware upgrades, and patch management.
Troubleshoot network and security incidents related to LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity.
Implement and manage Web Filtering, IPS, Antivirus, Application Control, and SSL Inspection.
Support SD-WAN configuration and troubleshooting.
Work on F5 Load Balancer configuration, virtual servers, pools, monitors, and SSL offloading.
Perform Palo Alto policy management, security profiles, NAT, App-ID, and User-ID configuration.




Coordinate with OEM TAC teams for critical issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and change management activities.
Support customer troubleshooting during planned and emergency activities.
Participate in shift support and on-call activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer L2 with hands-on experience in switches router, Fortinet, F5, and Palo Alto technologies. The candidate will be responsible for firewall administration, troubleshooting, VPN management, security policy implementation, and operational support for enterprise network settings.
