Carry out portable and conventional hardness testing on metallic materials and welds. Perform testing using Leeb, UCI, and other approved hardness testing methods. Evaluate hardness readings according to ASTM, ISO, and client requirements. Prepare inspection reports and maintain testing documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Experience Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in hardness testing within Oil Gas, Fabrication, or Industrial sectors. Experience with portable hardness testers (Leeb/UCI). Knowledge of ASTM and ISO hardness testing standards. Experience in hardness test interpretation and report preparation. NDT experience is an added advantage.
Robust communication and reporting skills. UAE/GCC experience preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
Minimum Qualification:
Certification in Hardness Testing or equivalent qualification. Technical diploma or engineering background preferred. Additional NDT certifications will be an advantage.
