Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional Technical Skills:
Around 3 to 6 years of Experience as OracleB2B Sales Cloud Developer with minimum 2 E2E implementation.
Should have worked on the below areas of Sales Cloud
Resource, Organization setup
Account, Contact, Lead, Prospect, Household, Partner Management
Application Composer
Page Composer
Custom Security Policy/Rules
Groovy Scripting
SOAP/Rest APIs
Import Export
Simple Custom Reports
Outlook, Office 365, Mobile
Territory, Quota, Forecast Management
Valuable SQL knowledge for Data Models
Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Sales Force Automation.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
