Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
Support users with hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain system performance and update documentation.
Assist in software installations and upgrades.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and networking.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
