Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify current leasing opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing plans.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in CRE leasing, preferably in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
