Key responsibilities of the position
Preparation of Commercial Part of Bid document for Project for metal & mining/ power/ chemical/ oil & gas industry (EPC/LSTK Tender, Item Rate, Licensing Mode and BOO Tender) comprising of NIT, General Conditions, Draft Contract, Price formats etc.
Evaluation of commercial offers of bidders comprising of contractual terms and conditions
Prepare tender evaluation report.
Preparation of Contract document/Work Order
Prepare Contractual response letters.
Prepare & manage contractual claims
Closure of contract
Skills & Competencies
Must have handled Govt/PSU tender and contracts especially for Industrial/Manufacturing Plant.
Proficient in English
Well versed with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
Ability to interpret Project Schedule
Basic understanding of indirect taxation
