Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
Create 3D models and photorealistic renders.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and ensure design compliance.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
Positive understanding of materials, furniture, lighting,
and finishes.
Ability to prepare working drawings and technical details.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Lumion (preferred)

MS Office
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Preferred Candidate
4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience handling projects independently from concept to execution.
Strong portfolio of completed residential and/or commercial projects.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and site visits.
