Job Overview:
We are seeking a agile and experienced Pre-Primary content development at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood education, curriculum planning, and pedagogy, along with a creative approach to content creation and instructional design. This role involves close collaboration with academic teams to develop engaging, age-appropriate content and to deliver high-impact training to pre-primary educators across our school network.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Design, develop, and review age-appropriate curriculum and learning materials for pre-primary grades
Create lesson plans, activity sheets, storybooks, rhymes, worksheets, assessments, and teacher guides aligned with early childhood education best practices.
Incorporate 21st-century skills, art integration, thematic learning, and experiential pedagogy into content.
Work with designers and multimedia teams to create visually appealing and interactive resources.
Training & Capacity Building:
Design and conduct training modules for pre-primary teachers across all branches.
Plan induction programs, refresher trainings, and workshops focused on pedagogy, classroom management, learning outcomes, and child psychology.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers for improvement.
Organize and facilitate online/offline training sessions, demo lessons, and model classes.
Quality Assurance & Support:
Ensure alignment of curriculum with NEP guidelines and school standards.
Regularly update and upgrade content based on feedback and evolving educational trends.
Coordinate with school leaders and academic coordinators for smooth implementation of content and training.
Support schools with curriculum-related queries and implementation challenges.
Qualification
Diploma in ECCEd /M.Sc. in Early Childhood Education/PG diploma in ECCE
