Job Summary
The HR Team Leader is responsible for leading the HR team and ensuring the smooth execution of all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
The role requires robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.




Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Monitor employee performance review processes and support managers in performance management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
