We are seeking a Java Developer with strongexperience maintaining legacy Java/J2EE applicationon Solaris 10/11and basic knowledge of Oracle database. The role involves deep code analysis, triage issues/fixes, handle change requests, production support, and handson operational work across missioncritical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for legacy Java application and troubleshoot code, data issues, and production defects.
Perform operational tasks related to application support: log analysis, cron monitoring, script debugging (bash/ksh), and WebLogic service management.
Handle incident and problem management; diagnose issues across application, middleware, and OS layers; participate in oncall as needed.
Handle development or minor change requests
Manage application Maintenance Changes, deployments , participate in changes out of hours
Support application maintenance activities including cluster failover,



capacity monitoring, and regular security reviews.
Maintain documentation such as runbooks, deployment guides, and troubleshooting playbooks.

Required Skills
Handson Development and Operation support experience working on with legacy Java/J2EEapplications.
Practical knowledge of working in Solaris OSoperating system for application support, valuable knowledge of UNIX commands, shell scripts.
Basic understanding of Oracle DBor relational databases, understand SQL scripts, understand DB activities
Ability to troubleshoot complex Java code, logs, and deployment scripts.
Robust production support experience in missioncritical environments.
