Job Description:
Monitoring and Alerts: Monitor AWS infrastructure for performance and availability using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools. Respond to alerts and escalate issues as needed. Incident Management:
Troubleshoot and resolve basic AWS -related incidents. Document and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC. Perform basic troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis for easy issues.
AWS Configuration and Setup: Assist with configuring recent AWS services and resources. Set up basic EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and other AWS resources as needed.
Automation and Scripting: Write straightforward automation scripts using AWS CLI, PowerShell, or basic shell scripts to streamline operational tasks.




Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update knowledge base articles, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Customer Interaction: Provide support and customer-facing services as needed, assisting with AWS -related queries and providing solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of cloud services and applicatION
