We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our hiring efforts across business functions. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including referrals, job portals, and direct outreach. Coordinate interviews and drive stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular candidate engagement. Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate records in the ATS.



Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives as needed.

Requirements

35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a quick-paced workplace. Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring across business/non-tech functions. Robust stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously. Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
