Role & responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Handle bulk/volume hiring to meet monthly hiring targets.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget, especially for minimum-wage positions.
Ensure timely monthly closures as per business hiring requirements.
Preferred candidate profile :
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
Experience hiring for domestic voice and non-voice processes.
Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring targets and closures.
