Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a CCTV Support Executive to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IP-based CCTV configuration, remote monitoring, and resolving network connectivity issues related to static IP settings.
Configure and install IP-based CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Perform remote CCTV configuration and troubleshooting using IP addresses.
Monitor CCTV systems across multiple locations and ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues related to static IP and remote access.
Configure and maintain remote viewing access for CCTV systems.
Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and vendors to resolve network-related issues.
Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
Maintain documentation of CCTV configurations, IP mappings, and system updates.
Provide technical support to users and ensure timely resolution of CCTV-related issues.
