We are seeking 3 energetic and driven BD & Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships, identifying business prospects, and contributing to the growth of a reputed HR services firm.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a sales funnel through lead generation activities including:
Social media outreach
Cold calling
Email campaigns
Internet research
Identify and connect with decision-makers (MDs, CXOs, HR Heads, Recruitment Heads) across target industries as per company needs.
Use Lusha, TalentAheads own database and other platforms.
Introduce TalentAheads services and schedule business meetings with senior leaders.




Qualify leads by understanding client needs and decision-making processes.
Conduct market research and generate business intelligence.
Assist in creating and updating company presentations.
Collaborate closely with senior business leaders for strategic initiatives.
Maintain and update the lead generation database regularly.
