Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and HRIS.
Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding.




Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Operations, Corporate, Tech, etc., depending on business needs).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Valuable knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with recruitment dashboards and MIS reporting.
Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities
