We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for a family residence in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing healthy, vegetarian meals with a focus on salads, diabetic-friendly cuisine, and contemporary presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh, healthy, and nutritious vegetarian meals.
Specialize in salads, diabetic-friendly dishes, and low-oil/low-ghee cooking.
Create a variety of fancy, contemporary, and well-presented meals.
Plan balanced menus according to the familys dietary preferences.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate grocery requirements as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Private Chef or in a premium hospitality workplace is preferred.
Strong expertise in healthy vegetarian cuisine, including diabetic-friendly meal preparation.
Skilled in preparing contemporary, gourmet, and aesthetically presented dishes.
Should be comfortable relocating to Kolkata.
Preference will be given to candidates from outside Kolkata.
