Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in accounting within the transportation and logistics industry. The candidate should be well-versed in GST, TDS, accounting finalization, vendor reconciliation, and billing related to transport and customs clearance operations. The role requires the ability to manage accounting activities independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Handle transport billing and customs clearance billing.
Process purchase invoices and direct finance invoice bookings.
Maintain proper records of vendor invoices and payments.
Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
Handle GST filing and preparation of GST returns.




Assist in accounts finalization and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial documentation.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
Experience in logistics billing
Vendor reconciliation and invoice management
Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reports, reconciliation)
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Ability to handle accounts independently

Experience in logistics industry accounting
Candidates based in or willing to work in Navi Mumbai
