Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various Manufacturing positions across multiple locations.
Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate pools.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
