Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Export Sales Coordinator to support our international sales operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of export documentation, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate export sales orders from order confirmation to shipment.
Communicate with employees regarding order status, shipment schedules, and documentation.
Communicate with employees regarding documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, and other necessary paperwork.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and reports as required.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
Assist the sales team in daily coordination and customer support activities.
Ensure accuracy of data entered into ERP/Excel systems.
Perform basic calculations related to quantities, pricing, and shipment details.




Handle routine correspondence with international customers professionally.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Export/International Business environment.
Experience in sales coordination will be preferred.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic mathematical and numerical skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the textile or yarn export industry will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
