Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand payroll business requirements.
Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll, Payroll Elements, Rapid Formulas, Balances, and Payroll Flows.
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare functional design documents.
Work on payroll setup, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Support payroll data conversion and validation.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams during implementation.
Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Resolve payroll-related issues and support month-end payroll processing.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Experience in payroll configuration and processing.
Understanding of statutory payroll requirements.
Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and user support.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
