Location: Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Andheri, Dadar, Thane, Thane Godgbandar Road, Vashi, Panvel, Kalyan, Ghatkoper

Description Recruitment Parameters:
Increasing distribution through coding of current partners & expanding the LA base
Pragati promotion
SAP / CAP creation
Partner promotion
Handholding & coaching distribution for recruitment
Minimum distribution criteria of 8:80

Business Parameters:
Meet the budgeted business numbers
Maintain a minimum persistency of 85%




Coach & train the agency to work independently & digitally
Achieve the CLA numbers
Drive initiatives to improve partner income
Conduct periodic meetings with partners & LAs
Support the agency with relevant reports & MIS

Primary Responsibilities:
External Relations
Internal Relations

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree (minimum requirement)
