Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Fresher to join our Tea Operations team. The role involves managing tea-related data, coordinating with factories and auction teams, maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Perform tea-related data entry with high accuracy.
Coordinate with factories for production and operational data.
Handle auction-related pre-sale and post-sale documentation and data updates.
Maintain and update tea inventory, dispatch, and transaction records.
Prepare MIS reports and data summaries using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely information flow.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Assist in process improvements and digitization initiatives.

Required Qualifications




Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred).
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas preferred).
Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
Positive analytical ability and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Robust organizational and time management skills.
Interest in data analysis, operations, and automation.
Basic understanding of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

CTC- 1,47,000/ annually.
