Location: Nalmuri, West Bengal
(Office Cab available)
Education - min 12th pass
Experience - 1-6yrs
Mon - Sat - 9.30am to 6.30pm
Salary - 15k-20k inhand
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B customers professionally.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing business clients.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow up on leads, customer feedback, and pending issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Provide product and service information to customers when required.
Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
