Job Summary:
The Dispatch Coordinator will manage end-to-end online and marketplace order processing and dispatch operations. The role requires robust coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with marketplace Seller Central workflows, packaging standards, labelling, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Process daily marketplace orders via Seller Central and ensure timely dispatch
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and pick lists
Coordinate picking, packing, and labelling as per Amazon packaging guidelines
Ensure error-free dispatch and maintain high On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability and replenishment
Update stock-in / stock-out data in the system and report low stock levels




Ensure timely handover of shipments to logistics partners
Track dispatched orders and resolve delivery-related issues
Maintain daily dispatch records, shipment manifests, tracking, and MIS reports.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (added advantage)

Understanding of e-commerce dispatch operations

Basic IT skills: MS Excel, invoicing, label printing

Robust coordination and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
