Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit.
Schedule and conduct interviews, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to clients.
Select the most suitable candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements, facilitating their placement.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on candidate progress.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in placement services.
Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using career portals,



job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Experience in placement services or a recruitment agency setting is highly desirable.
