Coordinate documentation, background verification, employee code generation, and HRMS updates.
Ensure a positive onboarding experience for all recent hires.

HR Operations
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
Manage HRMS data, employee files, and organizational records.
Coordinate confirmation processes, employee transfers, promotions, and separations.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.

Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, recognition programs, and festive celebrations.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.




Promote a positive and cooperative workplace culture.
Coordinate learning sessions, awareness programs, and team-building activities.

Employee Grievance Handling
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and confidentially.
Support conflict resolution through discussions with employees and managers.
Ensure adherence to company policies while resolving employee issues.
Maintain documentation of grievances and their resolutions.

Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
Coordinate Full & Final (F&F;) settlements with relevant stakeholders.
Manage resignation, notice period, relieving, and experience letter processes.
