Attributes:
Manage end-to-end collections for the assigned state across all buckets (Soft, Hard, Field Legal).
Develop state-level collection plans to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry/regulatory guidelines.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
Allocate targets, track team performance, and conduct periodic reviews.
Ensure on-ground discipline, compliance, productivity, and SOP adherence.
Manage and onboard collection agencies and field partners across the state.
Set SLAs, track performance, and ensure proper compliance reporting.
Manage payouts, billing validation, productivity, and dispute resolution.
Conduct field visits, escalations handling,



and monitor high-risk accounts.
Drive repossession/RCU activities as applicable.
Ensure timely legal actions for chronic delinquent cases.
Publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS for state performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving recovery.
Collaborate with central teams (Credit, Product, Risk, Legal, Data) for process enhancements.

Qualification:
Graduation/MBA preferred
