Your Role
- Interact with business users to understand requirements, challenges, and process gaps.
Translate functional needs into transparent requirement and design documents.
Coordinate closely with the technical team for solution design, interfaces, and enhancements.
Lead and support JVAFICO integration activities and ongoing support tasks.
Guide and support junior team members to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in SAP JVA with robust functional expertise.
Solid understanding of FICO integration, interfaces, and upgrade-related impacts.
Proven experience of at least one full-cycle implementation and rollout and multiple FICO support projects.
Robust customer-facing, communication, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience mentoring junior consultants and guiding teams during issue resolution.
