Position Overview

The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations of the organization. This includes transportation, warehouse management, inventory control, distribution planning, vendor management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations Management
Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.




Ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods (inbound and outbound).
Monitor fleet performance, route planning, and delivery schedules.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock replenishment cycles.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all warehouse facilities.
