About the Role: We are hiring for Application Support role to support banking clients across India, ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality technical assistance.

Qualification: Bcom, BBI, BAF, BMS, B.Sc

Location: Seepz, Andheri East

Working hours: Rotational Shift with Rotational Week off

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L1 application support to banking clients.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and track client issues through their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to service timelines and SLAs.
Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
Participate in testing and validation of solutions before deployment to ensure smooth implementation.
Support the implementation and integration of Core Banking Solution (CBS) modules across client locations.




Work closely with banking clients to understand their business requirements and system workflows.
Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve bugs, enhancements, and integration-related concerns.

Skills Required:-
Fresh graduates from Commerce, Finance, Banking, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of banking and financial concepts.
Willingness to learn recent technologies and travel for client engagements when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
