Role Overview

We are looking for a Generative AI & Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents. The candidate will work on building autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI (Core Responsibilities)
Build and deploy LLM-based applications (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for better outputs
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Work with vector databases & embeddings for contextual AI
Fine-tune models and improve response accuracy and latency
Integrate LLM APIs into products (chatbots, copilots, automation tools)

Agentic AI Responsibilities (Key Differentiator)
Design and build AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute tasks
Develop multi-agent workflows (planner, executor, retriever, tools)
Implement tool calling / API integrations for agents
Build systems for:
Decision-making
Goal-oriented execution
Autonomous task handling
Monitor agent behavior, reliability, and performance





Agentic AI systems focus on autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution, not just response generation

Engineering & System Responsibilities
Build scalable AI pipelines and APIs (FastAPI, Flask)
Integrate external systems (databases, APIs, enterprise tools)
Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and scalability
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams
Ensure AI safety, reliability, and monitoring
