Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker/CRM.
Share shortlisted profiles with clients and coordinate feedback.
Assist in offer negotiation, joining formalities, and post-placement follow-ups.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Meet recruitment targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
