We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries and support finance operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and hands-on experience with Tally software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries
Prepare invoices and billing
Handle bank entries and reconciliation
Maintain records of stock and inventory (if required)
Assist in GST-related work and basic compliance
Generate reports such as ledger, trial balance, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
