We are looking for a Telecaller Executive with experience in handling domestic and international sales calls. The candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle domestic and international sales inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products or services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the sales team when required.
Maintain call records and follow-up details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers.
Have solid convincing and sales conversion skills.

Required Skills
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Good spoken English.
Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
Experience in handling domestic and/or international clients will be an added advantage.
