Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for promoting our financial products and driving sales conversions. Your goal is to expand our client base by clearly explaining our loan offerings and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales: Proactively contact potential customers from provided leads to generate interest in our financial services.
Product Consultation: Expertly explain the advantages of Personal, Business, and Home Loans to meet specific customer needs.
Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, consistent follow-ups, and conversion.
Data & Documentation:



Maintain accurate call records and collaborate with operations teams to facilitate smooth documentation and loan closure.
Customer Support: Resolve queries promptly with accurate, helpful information.
Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily and monthly calling and sales quotas.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in tele calling or financial sales is highly preferred.
Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
