Perform comprehensive eye examinations while clearly explaining the process and duration to customers.
Build solid customer rapport during consultations to enhance experience and support sales conversion.
Understand customer needs based on eye test results and personal preferences.
Share accurate requirements with the Sales Associate/Store Manager for optimal product recommendations.
Clearly explain prescriptions and address customer queries post eye check-up.
Educate customers on lens options such as single vision and progressive lenses.
Recommend suitable lenses and frames aligned with prescription and lifestyle needs.
