We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our Office Operations team. The candidate will support project coordination, documentation, planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning and coordination.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Service, and Project teams.
Update project status and maintain records in ERP/Odoo.
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and internal communication.
Handle technical documentation and data management.
Perform other office-related engineering and administrative tasks as assigned.
