Role Description The 3D Designer is a full time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual assets to support digital products, marketing materials, and client projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, developing 3D environments and objects, setting up lighting and camera angles, and collaborating with developers, designers, and project managers. The 3D Designer will refine scenes, optimize assets for performance, ensure visual consistency across projects,



and deliver production-ready files within agreed timelines. The role also includes reviewing feedback, iterating on designs, and staying current with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications
Solid skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling to create detailed, realistic, and optimized assets.
Proficiency in Animation to develop smooth, engaging motion for characters, products, and environments.
Experience with Lighting to set up scenes that enhance depth, mood, and visual clarity.
Graphic Design skills to produce cohesive visual materials and integrate 3D work with 2D layouts.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D) and rendering engines.
Ability to interpret briefs, visualize concepts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D work; a degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field is an advantage.
