Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing key projects. The ideal candidate should have robust sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with knowledge of the furniture industry and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and dealers. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.



Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth execution. Monitor sales performance and maintain CRM records. Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills

Any Graduate qualification. 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and project management. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Robust customer relationship management and business development skills.
