As a 3D Motion Artist at Webyansh, you'll create compelling 3D animations, visual effects, and interactive elements that enhance our clients' digital presence. You'll work with our design and development teams to conceptualize and execute 3D content that tells stories, showcases products, and creates immersive experiences across websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for web applications
Develop immersive interactive 3D experiences that align with brand identities
Optimize 3D assets for web performance while maintaining visual quality
Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate 3D elements into websites
Research and implement creative 3D techniques and trends
Create storyboards and concepts for 3D animations




Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for 3D content

Requirements
3+ years of experience in 3D modeling and animation
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya)
Solid portfolio demonstrating web-focused 3D work
Understanding of web performance optimization for 3D content
Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or similar web 3D technologies
Knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques
Ability to work within brand guidelines and technical constraints

Nice to Have
Experience with AR/VR applications
Knowledge of front-end development concepts
Background in traditional animation or motion graphics
Experience with real-time rendering engines
