The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales in Karnataka and adjoining states.

This position reports to the Business Manager - Clinical and is part of the Clinical team located in Bengaluru and will be working remotely to cover the assigned territory.

In this role, you will have the prospect to:
Interact with Clinicians and Researchers in your region.
Promote state-of-the-art solutions from Beckman Coulter.
Be part of a winning team.
Gain significant experience in managing customers and Channel partners.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers, presenting products or services to meet their needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge:



Understand the features and perks of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Workplace Requirements:
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within territory or locations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Managing High end Molecular and Cell techniques / Flow Cytometry.
