About the role: Tech Initiator is a Current York-based digital agency operating from Ahmedabad, building web and mobile applications for clients across industries. We are an AI-first team looking for a full-stack developer who can own web and mobile development end-to-end across client projects.

Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain web applications using Python and Vue.js
Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
Work with AWS infrastructure and RDS databases
Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor) daily to accelerate development
Handle deployments, server management, and basic DevOps
Collaborate with operations lead on client delivery

Requirements:
4+ years full stack experience across Python, Vue.js, and Flutter
Hands-on experience with AWS and RDS in production
Comfortable using AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code
Self-motivated, quick learner, in office in Ahmedabad
