Design, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITOM) solutions using ServiceNow platform.
Develop and manage CMDB processes to ensure accurate tracking of hardware, software, and other assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop custom workflows for asset management.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow ITOM module.
