Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the agency
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Draft job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records
Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process for new employees




Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Support employee relations and help maintain a positive workplace culture
