Key Responsibilities:
Lead payroll operations for salaried, supervisory, and shopfloor workforces across GCC.
Responsible for payroll accuracy, timeliness, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Manage payroll vendors and oversee in-house payroll systems including their integration with HRMS and time tracking systems.
Drive standardization of payroll inputs, validations, and control mechanisms across all entities.
Automate payroll reconciliation processes, variance analysis, and statutory reporting. 6. Collaborate closely with Finance, Industrial Relations, and Legal teams on compliance issues, audits, and escalations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced qualification or certification in payroll or HR is a plus.

• 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in payroll management, preferably within large,



multi-entity organizations.

• Solid understanding of statutory requirements and compliance standards in GCC region(s).

• Proven capability in managing payroll systems, vendor relationships, and automation initiatives.
