Roles and Responsibility
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Development Teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks impacting project timelines.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with Azure DevOps tools and services is desirable.
Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
