Role & responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor order fulfillment SLAs for marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other D2C channels.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries. • Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
