Responsibilities
Production Execution: Oversee daily dyeing schedules across continuous (CDR, Pad-Steam) and batch machines (Jiggers, Soft-Flow) to meet delivery targets.
Technical & Shade Control: Lead lab-to-bulk recipe approval; eliminate head-to-tail and center-to-selvedge shade variation; drive Right-First-Time (RFT) performance.
Process Optimization: Manage dye classes (Reactive, Vat, Disperse, Sulfur) and parameters across pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing.
Cost & Chemical Efficiency: Control dyestuff usage, liquor ratios, and utilities (steam, water, power) to reduce cost per meter.
Quality & RCA: Perform root cause analysis on rejections, re-dyeing, or fastness failures; enforce corrective actions.
EHS & Compliance: Maintain chemical compliance standards (ZDHC, OEKO-TEX) and coordinate effluent management with ETP.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor shift supervisors, colorists, and machine operators.
