Responsibilities Own and execute academic operations and curriculum delivery initiatives end to end

Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams

Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports

Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data

Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners Required Skills Batch and timetable planning

Curriculum coordination

Trainer management

Academic quality audits





Student progress tracking Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an EdTech or education workplace

Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)

Robust verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
